As a Birth Doula I will support you from pregnancy to postpartum and everything in between. Birthing a human is a wild ride and I would love to be by your side as you make the transition to parenthood, or as you add more children to your family. Every type of birth can benefit from a Doula. Postpartum is the most overlooked time in a birthing person's life. When you have this tiny new human that relies on you so much, it is easy to put your own needs on the back burner, but you need to be a priority as well. This is where my true passion lives - helping parents to navigate the precious time after a baby is born and giving them the tools to be productive, relaxed and confident.
Sometimes you don't want an extra person in your space after having a baby- that is totally understandable. You also feel you need support. That's where I come in. I offer doula services that are completely online, this can include interactive templates, prerecorded videos, live calls & more! These services give you the flexibility to have support on your own time.
